Congratulations on the arrival of your new baby! One of the most important things you can do is bring your child to all the well-child visits. The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends that babies have at least 6 well-child visits before they turn 15 months old, and at least 2 well-child visits between the ages of 15-30 months.
You will receive a $50 gift card if your baby completes 6 well visits from 0-15 months and another $25 gift card if your baby completes 2 well visits from 15-30 months. We will mail you the gift card within 2-4 weeks after we receive the completed stamp card.
