Influenza is also called the flu or seasonal flu. Flu is caused by a virus and is contagious and can be very dangerous. There are many things you can do to protect yourself and reduce your risk of getting the flu. If you want to learn more about the flu, please attend NEMS’ Health Education Workshop.
